Select Modular Homes specializes in the sale of custom, single-family homes, and its customers are usually those that want the freedom to have a hand in the design and construction of their homes. Select offers a wide variety of homes from which to choose and has the ability to customize, design and add on to the plans for any model home. Plans range from 1, 200 square foot to the very elegant 8, 500 square foot home; each designed to meet its customer's specific needs. Select's contract services include various programs for its customers, ranging from delivery and set to full turnkey. Consistent with its strategy, Select has entered into the commercial market. Select's commercial buildings are of a wide spectrum, ranging from gas stations to retail stores. Some of the most recent projects include Creation Academy Preschool, in Woolwich, New Jersey, Assumption Church Rectory in Berlin, New Jersey; offices and testing facilities for PSE&G, a utility company, in Winslow, New Jersey; and a pre-K and kindergarten school for the Camden Archdiocese in Atco, New Jersey.
